DRY SCRUBBER

Dry Scrubber is a pollution control device that does the cleansing task to achieve better control of gasses emissions .Dry scrubbers reduce the toxic from the exhaust gasses before releasing to the atmosphere.For example, semiconductor fabrication plants, TFT, Solar Power, LCD,PC Boards, Chemical production, medicine industries,laboratories etc require gas scrubbers.

Since 1990, the SEMI, IC, TFT and solar power has been one of the fastest developed industries in Taiwan. Most companies in Taiwan that produce these elements are, in fact, leading companies in the world. Special chemical gasses (for example:NH3,Cl2,BCl3,SiH4 etc) used in the process of producing these elements will accompany wasted gasses.These wasted gasses will be eliminated through scrubbers and then to the atmosphere. For the past few decades, scrubbers have been imported from various countries where the cost of each scrubber is comparably expensive.

Our company, focuses on gas providing, installation and factories set up for 20 years. Moreover, our company collaborated a 4-years project with National Science Council and National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science to develop Higher Performance of Absorbed Materials for the Treatment of Toxic Gases from Electronic Industry, resulting in an outstanding tested product in 2012. Environmental air purification is an essential part of the modern industrial business. As environment-friendly is a key to the future, our company hopes to provide customers better choices by introducing the product to the industry to increase environment protection.

SPECIAL GAS & HOW IT WORKS

Waste gases from special chemicals or specialty gases used in processes at semiconductor, optoelectronic panel, LCD, solar energy, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and chemical manufacturing factories or laboratories need to be treated, including the following:

PERFORMANCE

Two types of zeolites (1X, 2X) achieve a removal rate of 100% for H2S. Even after the fourth cycle, the removal efficiency remains significantly at 100%. The removal rates of both samples remain at 100% even after experimental durations of up to 5.6 hours.
