IH HEATER

Our induction heater is applied in the low-temperature gas supply system for the semiconductor, TFT, and chemical industries. It serves as a metal steel bottle heater, vaporizing the liquid gas, and delivering it reliably to the receiving gas production equipment after pressurization.

For example : Steel cylinders used in semiconductor factories and for supplying special gases such as NH3, CL2, CO2, and DCS. As well as metal drums for the chemical industry's Diethyl aluminum chloride.”

MAIN STRUCTURE

1.Induction Coil

Made from heat-resistant copper wire in the form of an induction coil, the sensor is designed for convenient disassembly and assembly according to the heated object.

2.IGBT

Converting standard alternating current (AC) power, typically at 50Hz or 60Hz, into an intermediate frequency of around 20,000Hz, to achieve optimal induction efficiency.

3.PID Controller

Providing control and monitoring of temperature regulation for heating.

IH Specifications & Advantages

High Heating Efficiency

Using IH (Induction Heating) technology has been proven to increase heating efficiency by 40~50% compared to traditional heating methods using the same heating element. Additionally, there is no time delay issue, meaning that the gas supply system remains unaffected by pressure drops. When a large amount of gas is supplied, IH can respond quickly and provide heat energy in a timely manner.

Safety

•The heater and PID temperature controller are manufactured in compliance with IEC standards.

•They are equipped with dual PID monitors for over-temperature protection and a function to disconnect power in case of excessively high gas pressure.

•Multiple high-quality Thermocouples are built in to measure the temperature of the heater and the exterior of the gas cylinder, ensuring safety by preventing over-temperature and over-pressure situations.

Versatility

•Irregularly shaped cylinders can be custom-made according to size.

•Can be produced in model or soft wrap type.

• Can be made in multi-group or single-power heating patterns.

•Customisation available based on specific requirements.

Traditional Heating v.s Induction Heating

It requires 4 steps of conduction heating:

1.Heater

2.Heating air layer

3.Heating tank

4.Heating liquid gas

It requires 2 steps of conduction heating:

1.Heat the tank using loop energy.

2.Heat the liquid gas.
